Though adult FitFunCamp doesn't start in Metairie until 6:00pm tonight (be there!), Team Xcelerate teens started their training last night at Pontiff playground.
Despite the heavy rain, we had a great full-body workout under the cover of the gazebo, using the benches, the Powerbase, and our own bodies to isolate the legs, the arms, and the abs.
